IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON HOW THIS GROUP OPERATES

Please note: This is a circular group. We do not let any other member/individual post requirements or queries here. We have emerged as the largest Jobs Group in Yahoo Groups and we do not help or assist others post any opening. We only post our openings once a week!

We only post 2 messages a week. i.e. NON IT and IT Jobs.

We do not send specific tailor made openings that suit you as that may not be helpful and may defeat the purpose of posting requirements. You may not receive relevant openings every week but since we deal with all kinds of openings you are bound to get openings of your choice and that is why we cannot post singular, specific openings. We out-weight that by only posting 2 emails a week hence you can save time. You also have the option of receiving consolidated emails or no emails at all and can login and check them. We post openings every Sunday so you can note down job codes on that day and call us on Monday morning/afternoon. We are inundated with calls so if you find our lines busy please try to call during Monday mid-afternoon/evening or Tuesday. Openings obviously work on Demand Supply, so first come first serve may be appropriate. Positions generally get filled by Monday or Tuesday but this may not always be the case so you can try mid-week as well if it is not possible to do so during the early part of the week.

Instructions for NON IT POSTINGS

For NON IT Openings you do need to register and come down to our firm once. As previously instructed you need to go through different sections of NON IT email and take note of openings that state 'CALL' you need to call us with job codes and quote your registration number over the phone and those interviews will be scheduled then and there.

You only need to come down if you are not registered once. Once you come down and meet us personally we will issue a registration number and then you only need to call us with job codes and we can provide interview venues and schedule them accordingly over the phone itself. We will not issue or schedule addresses unless you register as we may not be able to identify you and due to huge volume of calls it is impossible unless we can track you because we work for our registered members and cannot divulge or give any opportunity to non-members as this may reduce chances for our registered members. This is a non-stop cycle and there is no limited time period or deadline that your registration is valid. We have seen several careers take of over the last 7 years of our existence and have helped members switch jobs/move into higher concentric circles so once you register you can permanently apply for any number of openings.

For positions that are earmarked EMAIL and Email id is provided kindly apply to it. We will track your application with our clients.

Instructions for IT POSTINGS

For IT Jobs you merely need to join our group and apply every week ONLY WHEN YOUR PROFILE matches perfectly with the given requirement or you may be banned form making future applications. For IT openings you need not come down to register at all and only when we have walk-in’s for IT openings will you need to come down. OR When you have applied for an opening and have been shortlisted by our client for interview, we will contact you and then you will need to come down.

Other details

IMPORTANT: When you join you will receive a form to fill and post to us along with your resume. Please send that by POST only not by email! You only need to send this in if your application with us has been 10 months plus old or you are a new member and haven’t been to our firm prior to receiving this email.

Kindly do not ask us to send only NON IT or IT emails as it is not possible. Again this is a newsgroup based solution and that’s why we only post 2 emails a week.
