PERSONAL SECRETARY 

 

 

Education: Graduate.



Experience:    2 - 3 years of Experience.

Meet Clients, Business Partners, Architects, Ms Excel, Power Point, Presentations, Promotional Activity, Vendors, Clients, Payment Receivables, Payable.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Pleasing Personality, with a willingness to Serve.

* Good command over English and Hindi. 

* Willing to Travel for about 15 days each month (within India) with Director to meet Clients, Business Partners, Architects and Consultants.

* Should be willing to look at the job as a 24 X 7 responsibility

* Good command over MS Excel and working knowledge of Power Point

* Experience as a secretary would be beneficial.  

* Experience in Management roles would be crucial.

* Able to keep track of Appointments, Book Tickets, Hotel Room Bookings etc

* Willing to assist in Presentations, Promotional Activity etc.

* Should be able to Handle Pressure.

* Capable of handling Vendors, Clients, Payment Receivables / Payable etc

* Able to Generate Reports, Send Emails etc.

* Should be Medically Fit.


 

 

 Salary: As Per Industry Standards
