Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Management or MBA Finance.




Experience:  2 - 5  years of Experience.




Key Skills:

Cold Calling, Networking & Social Media, , F&O, PMS, Wealth Mgt, Retail / HNI Clients, Sales Plan, Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Structured Products, MS Office, NCFM.



Roles and Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.

* Generating revenue through your team across all the financial products (Equity, F&O, PMS, Wealth Mgt) through Retail / HNI Clients.

* Identifying the target markets for respective products. Identify, Select and manage channel partners for optimal results.

* Preparing monthly Sales Plan, targets and driving the team in achieving those targets

Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

* Cross sell, Up sell and do relationship management, after sales.

* Maintain a database which lists their daily work, or at least builds a CRM which helps the company in better converting leads to prospects and prospects to customers.

* Acquisition of HNIs/Mass Affluent Customers and provide them with End-to-end financial solutions as per the need of the clients.

* Sales of financial products across multiple asset classes, namely Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Structured Products etc.

* Prepare sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts of Sales Department to the management team.

* Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
