Experience:   1 year of Exp in Sales in FMCG, IT / Office Automation / Telecom Industry.

               


Job Description: 

  • Interact with Customers & Responsible for Customer Service and Sales. 
  • Understand the Store’s Systems & Policies & Communicate the same Effectively to the Customers. 
  • Maintain Database of Customer Buying Behavior & Create Rapport with Customers in Order, 
  • To Avoid Customer Erosion, Ensure upkeep of the Office Reception Area. 
  • Be Courteous & Helpful to the Customers at All Times & Ensure All Customer Complaints, 
  • Handled Swiftly & to the Customer’s Satisfaction, Follow up & Recovery from Credit Customer. 
  • Follow the Instructions / Advice of the Franchise Owner in Executing Responsibilities. 




Skills: 

  • Pleasing Personality, 
  • Convincing Abilities, 
  • Good Communication Skills : English, Kannada, Hindi. 
  • Computer Proficiency : MS – Outlook, Excel & Word.
